Our Story

Wild Goose was founded by Emily & Charlotte in 2020 with a vision to use locally sourced fresh produce and make delicious, memorable food for you to enjoy in your own home.

You would probably describe us as cousins-in-law however we would probably say friends with a shared passion for naughty food. After a few weeks plotting in the kitchen (assisted by a few glasses of rose) we decided to bite the bullet and create Wild Goose.

We look forward to sharing our journey with you and can’t wait to hear your feedback on our products.

Introducing Ourselves

Say hello to Emily

My friends would describe me as a feeder.. this is definitely accurate. I have always had a passion for great food and so it was kind of inevitable that I decided my career would be food and hospitality related.

I have been fortunate enough to work with chefs from all over the globe & I have learnt a tremendous amount about food and flavour combinations and what works (and what doesn’t!)

For me, preparing, cooking and serving delicious food for my friends and family is a joy and one that I now wish to share. My vision is to use locally sourced fresh produce and make delicious, memorable food for you to enjoy in your own home.

Introducing Charlotte

I cooked for many years during my career as a nanny, ensuring I was making a variety of tasty meals for hungry little mouths and their families.

However, my love for cooking really comes from being a Mum and being passionate about creating delicious, well balanced meals for my Son and encouraging him to explore a variety of new flavours. He is a Wild Goose Chilli Jam super fan and you’ll be seeing plenty of him along the way.

When Em made the move to live closer to us and had the idea of Wild Goose, the thought of joining her in making delicious foods was an opportunity I just couldn’t pass up on!
